Beautiful feather = Middle in Ashford
Beautiful pearl = Asford river
Beautiful pendant = some chest, don't know exactly

the pendant is in a chest along the road. leave Ashford Abby and go towards Ascalon. There's a farm on your left and just Northeast of that farm is a bunch of bandits. The pendant is in a chest being guarded by those bandits. And for the beautiful pearl, it might be easier to look for a beatiful shell.

Where does the quest for these items come from? I have them but havnt found a quest starter for them.

Just outside of Ascalon City you will see Prince Rurik talking with one of the guards (cant remember his name off the top of my head) wait for them to finish talking and Rurik to walk away, then you can get the quest.
